Although we pride ourselves in the quality of our products, sometimes things can go wrong. If a downloadable product is not working, first try to redownload it or contact support. In the case of a physical product:
PayPal – We accept Paypal through our online store.
The Paypal account you use must be linked to a bank account or credit card to work through our store.
Credit Cards – We accept credit card payments using PayPal through our online store.
Make sure to enter the login email and password correctly. If an error says your password is incorrect then click “forgot password” and enter your email address to get a new password sent to you.
Check both your inbox and junk mailbox for the order confirmation. The confirmation has the download link. You can also download your product from you account page.
